Located in the heart of the North End, Monica’s Trattoria has openings for full-time servers. We are looking for a charismatic Server since you will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our guests' experiences. Server responsibilities include ensuring tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, recommending specials and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we'd like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Available Server Shifts:

Tuesday-Thursdays 2:30pm-Close

Fridays & Saturdays 2pm-Close

Potential Available Server Shifts:

Saturdays 11am-Close

Sundays 2pm-Close

Mondays 2:30pm-Close

Qualifications

•Proven restaurant serving or bussing experience

•Basic knowledge of Italian food and wine

•Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

•Responsible and trustworthy

•Good memory

•Ability to multitask prioritize efficiently

•Performs other duties as required or assigned

•Flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays

Pay: $207.00 - $413.62 per day

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
